The Camp of the Medieval Machines wants to make known the mechanical engineering of the medieval ones. It reveals the intense creativity, not only artistic and cultural, but so technical of this time too often ignored. It is an alive lesson of history and physics.
The total project of the Medieval Camp thus does not intend to be limited to the warlike machines. It is envisaged to reconstitute the clever mechanisms that employed the medieval ones for the construction of the cathedrals, the strong castles, the ramparts and the houses of the cities.
